Who is the Trusted Advisor

The counsellor is a super partes figure called upon to prevent, manage and help resolve cases of bullying and harassment that take place in the University's work or study environment, brought to his or her attention by any member of the university community.

What are the Consultant's Tasks

  • He carries out listening and assistance activities for the protection of anyone belonging to the university community who considers him/herself a victim of mobbing and/or harassment occurring in a place of study or work of the University, at the hands of another member of the university community
  • Proposes to the Administration any actions aimed at preventing situations of discomfort in the working environment and/or at overcoming situations of discomfort
  • Interacts with the bodies responsible for supporting the Administration in defining suitable strategies to promote the improvement of the quality of organisational cohabitation
  • Monitors any situations of risk. It monitors risk situations, also through the organisation of meetings with the various components operating within the University
  • It proposes appropriate actions and training and information initiatives aimed at promoting an organisational climate that ensures the equal dignity and freedom of the people who work in the University
  • It participates, upon request, in meetings of the CUG and the CPO
  • It reports annually on the activities carried out within the University
