OBIETTIVI FORMATIVI

The Project Cycle Management (PCM) represents the whole of management activities and decision-making procedures used during the life cycle of a project. PCM is a necessary skill in the field of development cooperation. The main aim of the course is to provide students a comprehensive view of Project Cycle Management, highlighting the ways through which the process has been adopted by main international donors, NGOs, UN agencies, European Commission, Minister of foreign affaires, regional actors. The course aims to provide students basic concrete skills of the PCM in the field of development cooperation, from the logical framework to the evaluation of projects.
