Do you want become a tutor?

If you're a properly enrolled student, you can partecipate to the tutor calls.

Eligibility to partecipate and the prerequisites are specified in the 2020 admission call. The deadline for the online application is Monday 18 May 2020 at noon.

N.B. You cannot apply if you are a part-time student.

Academic tutor and academic peer tutor (A profile)

Il profilo A è composto da:

che svolgono attività di tutorato e didattico-integrative, propedeutiche e di recupero e, nel caso dei tutor didattici alla pari, a favore di studenti con disabilità o con DSA.

Per accedere a questo profilo devi avere una media di almeno 24/30 e devi essere iscritto:

  • dal IV anno in poi dei corsi di laurea magistrale a ciclo unico
  • a corsi di laurea magistrale
  • ai corsi di Dottorato di ricerca con sede amministrativa presso UniGe

Il compenso orario lordo è:

  • 17 euro per i tutor didattici
  • 21 euro per i tutor didattici alla pari

N.B. questa è l'unica tipologia di tutor compatibile con l'attività di collaborazione a tempo parziale (ex 150 ore) anche presso ALISEO (ex ALFA).

Procedure di pagamento

Una volta che hai terminato la tua attività di tutorato, per ottenere il pagamento, devi:

Peer tutor (B profile)

The B profile is composed of peer tutors who deal with the activities of tutoring and teaching-integration, preparatory and recovery for students with disabilities.

To be able to access this profile you must be registered:

  • from the second year onwards, three-year degree courses and single-cycle master's degree courses
  • master's degree courses
  • PhD courses with administrative offices at UniGe

You can work a maximum of 200 hours and the hourly fee is 13 euros, tax-free.

N.B. Before starting the activity you must take part in a compulsory training course to know:

  • UniGe services
  • specific details on the activities you will have to perform

Payment procedures

Once you have finished your tutoring activity, to obtain payment, you must fill out and send to stipecod@unige.it (with a photocopy of your identity document) the civil status declaration form.

Freshers' Tutors (C profile)

Profile C is composed of a tutor for the reception of the activities of accompanying the newcomers.

To be able to access this profile you must have the CFU required by the call and be registered:

  • from the second year onwards of the three-year courses and of the master's degree courses with a single cycle
  • to master's degree programs

You can work a maximum of 120 hours and the hourly fee is 10.33 euro, tax-free.

Please, read carefully the Annex 3 of the call.

N.B. Before starting the activity you have to take part in a compulsory training course to know:

  • UniGe services
  • the characteristics of the course of study you're tutoring for

Payment procedures

Once you have finished your tutoring activity, to obtain payment, you must fill out and send it to stipecod@unige.it (with a photocopy of your identity document) the civil status declaration form.
