The course aims at introducing students to the main issues of organizational design, human resources management and organizational behavior with regard to shipping and logistics companies

LEARNING OUTCOMES
The aim of the course is to provide students with the fundamentale theoretical - interpretative keys and the basic tools for analyzing organizational dynamics, human resources management and organizational behavior in maritime transport companies.
PREREQUISITES
No prerequistes are requested, excluding business fundamentals

The course is organized into two parts. The first is focused on

- Design choice and organizational architectures
- Organizational culture and cultural diversity
- Organizational change

- Organizational knowledge and internal communication
- Motivation and organizational performance

The exam is written; it consiste in 3 open questions, time: 45 minutes
