AIMS AND CONTENT

LEARNING OUTCOMES

The course aims to provide a framework of basic knowledge of general law with reference to the constitutional principles, the Civil Code, the most important special laws, taking into account the role played by the case law interpreting the law and in the creation of law. Particular attention is given to issues of considerable economic interest.

EXAM DESCRIPTION

The examination consists in an oral test.

Repeat exam


In case of failure to pass the exam, if in the session are provided 4 appeals, the student may not retake the examination in the appeal following the same session; if there are 2 appeals, the student can retake the exam in the appeal following the same session.
