OVERVIEW
The class deals with the study of some of the most relevant issues of private law for firms, such as the most relevant commercial contracts, competition law, and collective redress mechanisms, which will influence to an increasing extent the legal risks faced by firms.

The goal of the class is to provide the student that will work in a firm the fundamental instruments to understand the contracts that he/she concludes and the legal risks that he/she assumes.
