AIMS AND CONTENT
LEARNING OUTCOMES
Teaching aimed at acquiring relational skills considered functional in the exercise of the profession that includes and envisions understanding of mental processes. Fundamentals of the relationship between healthcare professional and patient and operator with other operator (role and state).
AIMS AND LEARNING OUTCOMES
The course, focusing on areas relevant to the profession, aims to transfer the necessary skills to understand the identification of the factors that affect the behaviour of individuals and groups. The aim is to transmit the necessary skills to understand what are the elements that can trigger the changes capable of affecting individual and social well-being and to develop the ability for a critical approach to the origin of these behaviours. Furthermore, the course provides basic knowledge of methods and techniques of analysis and intervention in different contexts
