GENERAL DIDACTCTIS (WORKSHOP)
This course is like an educational workshop where students can apply what they learn in the course of General Didactics. I
At the end of the workshop the students should be able to: 1. describe the concepts of student-centered, active and participatory education. 2. Describe the characteristics, through direct experience, of some active teaching strategies: opening activities, work in small groups, cooperative learning, problem-based learning, flipped classroom, circie time, team-based learning , outodoor education, game-based learning. 3. Design an educational activity to be proposed to groups of students in the classroom. 4. Design and apply formative peer evaluation 5. To describe and point out the facilitating and barriers to educational innovation at school. 6. Critically reflect on the lived experience.
AIMS AND LEARNING OUTCOMES
At the end of the course, students should be able :
to plan and lead welcome activities with their pupils;
to plan and lead interactive teaching and learning strategies: cooperative learning, flipped classroom , problem based learning, team based learning, debate ...
to plan and lead interactive teaching techniques at school;
to identify enabling factors and obstacles to introduce educational innovation at school;
to plan and lead teaching and learning activities aimed to wellbeing at school;
