AIMS AND CONTENT

LEARNING OUTCOMES

Hierarchical organization of the Universal Church, particular Churches, legal order and trial. Canon law marriage and grounds of nullity. Study of legal regulations of the religious phenomenon - not least from a comparative perspective - in the national legal system.
