AIMS AND CONTENT
LEARNING OUTCOMES
The course, carried on through a reflection on some legal texts and documents of the practice, is intended to highlight the derivation of modern legal experience methods and contents from the reflection of Roman jurists. The focus is particularly on the notions of interpretation of juridical texts (of laws and legal transactions), and of liability (of non-contractual and contractual origin).
