PUBLIC AND PRIVATE MANAGEMENT
The course aims to help students to analyse private companies’ behaviours and their relationship with their general and competitive environment. In particular, the course is oriented to develop problem solving capabilities.
The course aims to provide the main tools to analyse private companies’ behaviours. It also aims to focus on competitive/ collaborative relationships between companies and their stakeholders (PPP – public and private partnership) .
The course provides profound knowledge on the dynamics of power within complex organizations to respond to the challenges of efficiency and adaptation to new tasks through new organizational models (Mod. A). The course is also aimed to analyse private companies and strategic behaviours, with particular regard to service industry, and their mutual relationship with their general and competitive environment (Mod. B).
