OVERVIEW

The Equipment and Rhythmic Gymnastics course is part of the integrated course of Individual Sports, preparing to take lessons with the sporting and educational use of large and small tools both sports and traditional gymnastics

AIMS AND CONTENT

AIMS AND LEARNING OUTCOMES

Acquire the ability to set up, at an educational, rehabilitative and psychomotor level, the pre-acrobatics for the free body and the use of great sports equipment and traditional gymnastics, small tools of rhythmic and traditional gymnastics in all phases of development of the individual and possible future work situations

Educational, psychomotor and rehabilitation aspects of equipment, Technical-scientific evolution of artistic gymnastics, Cenni methodology, conditional skills and basic motor skills, gymnastics terminology, choreography and coordinated artistic jumps, general, special and specific preparation of artistic gymnastics, Structural characteristics of sporting equipment (female and male gymnastics), of the great traditional gymnastic tools, of the small traditional and rhythmic gymnastic tools, Assistance, systems for carpeting. Facilitating equipment, importance in education, rehabilitation, psychomotor exercises. Biomechanical notes of the simplest elements. Technique, teaching, assistance Free Body: Balance exercises, Exercises of joint mobility, Rolling, Reversal, Overturning. Technical, teaching, assistance Vaulting: systems of approach, its use at educational level, rehabilitation, psychomotor
Vaulting phases and basic exercises, jumps with lateral crossing, jumps with inversion of the rotation direction after the pushed support of the upper limbs. Technique, teaching, assistance Beam: systems of approach, gaits and basic work, elementary income and exits, positions of equilibrium. Asymmetrical parallel bars: approach systems, grips, basic positions, simpler entries and exits, basic lap exercises.
