BANKING AND FINANCIAL SERVICES LAW
AIMS AND CONTENT
LEARNING OUTCOMES
The course deals with the legal framework of (i) financial services, (ii) investment funds and (iii) regulated markets, with a special focus on the regulation of control, organization, rules of conduct and contracts. Basic notions on banking activity will also be provided.
Teaching methods
Lectures and study of cases of specific interest. Guest speakers could be invited to discuss on specific topics and issues of practical importance.

2. As to the banking law part of the program, the lecturer will communicate the bibliography at the beginning of the course and via Aulaweb.
