OVERVIEW
The aim of the workshop is to describe the containment of mental pain, how to take responsibility and increase hope in the assessment's interview.
AIMS AND CONTENT
LEARNING OUTCOMES
The aim of the workshop is to offer knowledge concerning several approaches to the interview, particularly the evaluation, all within the psychoanalytic model.
Teaching methods
I will conduct the workshop in the form of a seminar: students will discuss their papers in a group with the teacher/seminar leader. The teacher and some psychoanalytic psychotherapists will present some clinical examples.
SYLLABUS/CONTENT
We will present some clinical and theoretical contribution on theory of thinking and cognitive development, on setting, on transference, on counter-transference, all within the assessment's interview.
